3 Years Cockroach Repellent Warranty

PrinBord Anti Cockroach is so confident in the strength of its repellent that we back it with a 3 years warranty.

What we covered

This warranty covers defects in material which relate to efficacy of cockroach repellent. The warranty period should commence from the date of purchase from T-Prin. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Any warranty claim must be made in writing within 30 days after it has been detected.


What we do for claim

T-Prin has the options to:

1. Replace the defective material; or
2. Reimburse the original purchase value of the material.

If the item or color is no longer offered by T-Prin, T-Prin will determine, at its sole discretion, an appropriate replacement that of equal or greater value.

This warranty does not cover all labour or related cost of replacement. Any warranty claims accepted do not prolong the total warranty periods counted from the date of purchase.


What we do not cover

This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, scratches or damages caused by impact or accidents.

This warranty does not apply to material that does not follow our recommended use, care & cleaning instructions, or material that has been stored or installed incorrectly, abnormal used, abused or misused.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage.
